Alaska Wilderness Travels -
The entire day is enjoyed traveling through the very remote and beautiful wilderness of the Alaska Interior. Moose, bear and other wildlife may be spotted near the road. Our overnight stop is in the interesting town of Tok where our travels join the famous Alaska Highway.

The Yukon Territory -
Traveling the Alaska Highway, through more wildernesses, we enter Canada and the Yukon Territory. Surrounded by mountains and glaciers, the vast expanse is humbling. From the rugged mountains of Kluane to the gold rush flavor of the Klondike, the Yukon is a fascinating place. Accommodations are close to the shores of Kluane Lake, the largest lake in the Yukon, covering over 154 square miles. Evening fishing for lake trout will be possible.

Glaciers flowing from high in the mountains to the sea and possible sightings of whales, porpoises, and eagles. During your visit to Juneau, experience one of the top highlights of your tour - fly via helicopter, over four glaciers with a landing on one, (moose or bear may be spotted en route). While in Juneau we will tour this beautiful city, plus free time to explore Juneau's downtown area. Travel out of town to view abandoned gold mines, wildlife, and salmon spawning. Salmon fishing will be available on the shores of the Inside Passage. Accommodations for 2-nights are just outside of town in a forest near the shores of the Inside Passage.

While in Sitka there will be a variety of many things to see and do including salmon or halibut fishing. Drives out of town are planned to explore the road system searching for wildlife and seeing the scenery from lush forests to rugged beaches to a special lunch spot. To reach our special lunch spot we drive almost to the top of a mountain - spectacular views.
